SANDWICH — Board of Appeals approves Italian market variance and residential rebuild. The Board of Appeals unanimously approved a variance for Lo Adoro Italian Market at 22 Jarves Street allowing delivery trucks to load on public ways, and a special permit for the market's retail use, after hearing opposition from abutter Mason Hickman who requested the relief be limited to the approved special permit. The Board also unanimously approved a special permit for Forbes to rebuild a cottage at 227 Phillips Road elevated on piles for floodplain compliance, increasing habitable space by 396 square feet.
Two parking applications by Grace Church of Cape Cod were continued to September 22, and an application by Riordan was withdrawn.
