Sandwich Board of Assessors approves four real estate exemptions. Chair Larry Harrington, Vice-Chair Nick Fernandes, Director of Assessing Ben Styche, and member Robert James convened on January 13 in an executive session to review exemption applications under state law. All four applications were approved on motions by James, seconded by Fernandes, and passed unanimously by roll call vote.
The exemptions, which met Commonwealth criteria, will be reflected on FY26 real estate tax bills.
