SANDWICH — Conservation Commission approves three property permits unanimously, tables NEMBA trail work. The board cleared sand nourishment and beach restoration at 51R Freeman Avenue for Leanna Tesler, a septic upgrade at 357 Phillips Road for Matthew and Kristen Koch, and a home raze-and-replace at 175A North Shore Boulevard for Genevieve Cremaldi, all voting 7-0. The commission tabled the NEMBA permit after residents, led by Brian Everett, submitted a signed petition citing neighborhood disturbances and after-the-fact approvals.
