Sandwich Historic District Committee approved 15 property certificates with one split vote. Vice Chair Richard Alger presided over the July 27 meeting where the committee reviewed fence installation, solar panels, demolitions, and residential construction projects across the district. Fourteen applications passed unanimously; one application by Cara Dominick to replace windows at 8 Windswept Drive passed 3-1, with member Kristin Frykman voting against the proposal citing concerns that window grills should match neighborhood context.
One application was cancelled by the applicant.
