Sandwich Housing Authority approves $53,900 bathroom renovation for Building C. The board voted unanimously to accept the low bid from Oakridge Construction for the ADA improvement project. Chair Tobin Wirt and commissioners Christine Johnson-Staub, Kathy Brown, John Fox, and Kathy Newton also unanimously approved the Certificate of Final Completion for a roof replacement and down spout drainage project.
The board authorized a lease of office space at 20 Tom's Way Unit A to a healthcare or behavioral health service provider to serve residents and approved Governor Appointee Tobin C. Wirt's continuation on the board.
