Sandwich Housing Authority Board · Meeting of July 9, 2026
Sandwich Housing Authority approved five resolutions unanimously at its July 9 meeting, awarding an office space lease at its headquarters to Duffy Health Center and approving a $12,595 contract with Management Computer Services Inc. for database conversion services and the PHA-Web platform, scheduled for implementation in December 2026. Executive Director Eric R. Steinhilber reported that after state funding for congregate housing serving fewer than 12 residents was eliminated, the authority secured $38,000 in alternative state funding to maintain the program.
The authority reported no vacancies in its public housing units while managing ongoing maintenance challenges, including a bathroom remodel at 23 Tom's Way rescheduled for October 2026 and drainage issues at the Griffin Farm Way property.
