Library Board discusses budget, capital projects, system migration

Sandwich library board reviews $1.2M budget, April 30 system migration. Seven trustees attended the February 10 meeting, reviewing the fiscal 2027 budget of $1,212,493 comprised of $1,097,493 in town funding and $115,000 in interfund transfers. Library Director Diane Costagliola reported staff training is complete for the new integrated library system launching April 30, with materials budget increasing $2,500 to $133,500.
The board also discussed trustee Colleen Clabault's vacancy and bylaw revision work scheduled for further discussion in March.
