Sandwich Planning Board approves lot release and property merger in first meeting of 2026. Unanimously approving the two applications, the Board accepted Bob Bevilacqua's bond for Gimme Circle subdivision work estimated at 12 months per the Town Engineer's cost estimate, and endorsed the 43 Dexter Avenue property merger pending revised drawings. Constantine Paganis informally proposed reducing the approved 23-lot Atkins Road cluster to 15 units and dedicating 75 acres to conservation to accommodate a solar field.
