SANDWICH — The Sandwich Planning Board approved a partial lot release for Fischer Estates, clearing the way for construction on two lots. The unanimous vote, cast by Anne McManus, Jennifer Reisig, Julie Fawkes, Gregory Mazar, and Joshua Giampietro, maintained the Town's full surety on lot 1 and conditioned the release on resolution of road gradient issues within 12 months. Applicant Guilherme Costa must seek a waiver from Town Engineer Sam Jensen or reconstruct the road entrance.
The Board also reorganized, unanimously electing Fawkes as Chair and nominating Vaccaro as Vice Chair in his absence.
