Sandwich board approves temporary signs for two summer events

Sandwich Select Board approves temporary event signage, officially designates May as ALS month. The board unanimously authorized ten temporary signs for the May 30 town-wide yard sale and June Cape Cod Vintage Market, voting 4-0. Applicant Caren Berry of Colorful KIDZ will place corrugated signage at key town locations.
The board also unanimously proclaimed May 2026 as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Awareness Month, responding to a constituent request and honoring ALS Association research and support services.
