Saturday, July 4, Picnic in the Park & Famous Egg Toss, The Recreation Department's Picnic in the Park and the town's beloved Egg Toss return on the Fourth, rounding out a full slate of family-friendly activities that have defined Sandwich's America 250 weeklong celebration running June 27 through July 4.

Coming up, Tuesday, July 8, Road resurfacing is anticipated to begin on Christopher Hollow Road and nearby roadways on July 8. Work hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; access to area homes may be periodically delayed, with full access restored at the end of each workday.
