SANDWICH — School Committee hears FY27 budgets up 2 percent. The Sandwich School Committee heard budget presentations for fiscal year 2027, with the overall district budget up about 2 percent. SMHS's budget is increasing by $15,574, a 6.18 percent jump to $267,611, while special education costs continue rising due to increased out-of-district tuitions.

The committee unanimously approved a $78 donation from Stop & Shop to the Sandwich Partnerships for Families and unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and the warrant.
