The board unanimously granted seasonal on-premises all alcoholic beverages approval to Fork Selah Boss, LLC at 331 Cotuit Road, with Kemroy Jarrett as proposed manager. The Jamaican restaurant will feature a 98-seat dining room with a bar and lounge seating, with an estimated opening in late February or early March 2027.
In other business, the board unanimously approved the state election warrant and unanimously appointed Jack Vaccaro as a Conservation Commission Alternate.
