Water District awards lab analysis contract
The Sandwich Water District commissioners awarded the lab analysis contract to Eurofins. The commissioners unanimously approved the $84,206.50 fiscal 2027 contract at their July 9 meeting. Assistant Superintendent Erik Van Buskirk reported that Eurofins won the competitive bid over Microbac.

SANDWICH — The Sandwich Water District commissioners awarded the lab analysis contract to Eurofins. The commissioners unanimously approved the $84,206.50 fiscal 2027 contract at their July 9 meeting. Assistant Superintendent Erik Van Buskirk reported that Eurofins won the competitive bid over Microbac.
The district also completed two Department of Environmental Protection required updates: the Risk and Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response Plan, both mandated every five years.
