SANDWICH — Select Board appoints Juliet Swift as Golf Director of Sandwich Hollows, unanimously approving her to the permanent position on January 8 after her interim success managing the course since July 2025, during which revenues reached their highest level in three to four years. The board also approved four Community Preservation Act grants totaling $1.4 million for beach renourishment, school tennis court resurfacing, a Cape Cod YMCA ropes course, and emergency shelter services, and scheduled February 12 public hearings on liquor license applications from Next Door Burger Bar and the Snowy Owl seeking to fill two vacancies.
